A multi-vehicle accident has also been reported on northbound Route 9 between Welcher Avenue and Louisa Street in Peekskill.The Saw Mill River Parkway is closed from the Cross County Parkway to the NYC line. The Cross County Parkway ramps to and from the Hutchinson River Parkway are closed.
